Summary 

As a Geonetric Sr. Project Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our healthcare clients while they’re implementing or redesigning a new website or undertaking a large digital project. Along the way, you’ll provide amazing customer service while keeping the project in scope, on time, and on budget. Working with multiple teams, you’ll consistently identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies while developing creative solutions that match clients’ needs.  


Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

While you might get to work on just about anything at Geonetric, you’ll primarily: 

  • Manage multiple complex projects (such as new products and undefined projects) by partnering with clients, coordinating with 3rd party vendors, and leading account team members 

  • Develop project plans and communicate project process and expectations to clients and internal project team, maintaining shared documentation  

  • Maintain and expand a strong, positive, and profitable client relationship ensuring client satisfaction through the project lifecycle  

  • Lead internal meetings as well as client project calls, reporting relevant updates, project reports, and managing client requests 

  • Communicate critical client messaging, including those related to client escalations  

  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams to deliver effective, innovative, unified, solutions to clients, while balancing client needs and company profitability 

  • Manage budget/hours of the project and determine billable status of work  

  • Keep project in scope and monitor and communicate progress and changes to client and internal teams 

  • Identify opportunities and recommend additional Geonetric products and services to maximize client’s investments in Geonetric and work across teams to advance the opportunity  

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on project management at Geonetric by determining internal best practices, identifying and leading process improvement opportunities, and managing Geonetric’s project management system  

  • Recommend enhancements to Geonetric products and services to better meet client needs  


Education and Experience 

  • Associate’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, bachelor’s Degree preferred 

  • Five plus (5+) years’ experience in client relationship management or project management required 


Professional Skills 

  • Web experience preferred (site development, web applications, digital services) 

  • Digital agency experience preferred 

  • Healthcare experience preferred 

  • Technology skills required 

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills required 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required 

  • Experience managing project management systems
