Summary 

As Senior Proposal & Solutions Marketing Manager, you will shape how Geonetric positions its solutions and tells its story in the market.   

You will manage and continuously optimize the full proposal lifecycle, from strategy and content development to execution, systems, and performance improvement. 

You’ll develop strategic, story-driven proposals that clearly showcase how we solve client challenges, differentiate our offerings, and create value for healthcare organizations. You’ll also manage our proposal software, content repositories, and governance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability across all sales materials. 

As a member of the Marketing team, you will connect product, sales and marketing to translate our offerings into compelling, client-focused narratives and sales materials that move opportunities forward. This is a highly collaborative, strategic role for someone who excels at blending storytelling, positioning, and cross-functional coordination to drive measurable impact and growth. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

While Geonetric employees might get to work on just about anything, this position primarily: 

  • Manages end-to-end proposal process, including timelines, content development, reviews, and final delivery, working with multiple team members to ensure delivery under tight deadlines 

  • Leads RFP, RFQ, and proactive proposal development ensuring tailored, consultative proposals that clearly address prospect challenges, articulate value, and differentiate our solutions 

  • Partners closely with sales to align on win strategy, messaging, and positioning for each opportunity 

  • Drives continuous improvement of proposal performance, including advancement and win rates, by establishing and monitoring metrics, and recommending improvements based on insights. 

  • Collaborates with sales, marketing, and product to develop and maintain high-impact sales materials, including presentations and supporting assets 

  • Ensures consistency in messaging, positioning, and storytelling across proposals, presentations, and other sales assets  

  • Continuously refines materials based on feedback from sales, prospects, and win/loss insights 

  • Manages the content repository for proposals, RFP responses, and sales materials 

  • Establishes and enforces content governance standards to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with evolving offerings and positioning 

  • Creates, updates and maintains templates, workflows, tools and best practices to improve speed, quality, and consistency of proposal development. 

  • Partners with product and agency services to stay current on product features, enhancements, and client stories  

  • Owns and manages the proposal development process by continually enhancing our proposals, improving our advancement rates, win rates, and responding to RFPs in a comprehensive and urgent manner. 

  • Completes complex work independently while understanding and anticipating impacts, including to adjacent work.  

  • Serves as a subject matter expert in the discipline, solving unexpected issues, and making decisions.   

  • Manages and defines processes, recommending and executing improvements, efficiencies, and technologies to drive better results.   

  • Develops and executes strategies in collaboration with others, effectively communicating to stakeholders.

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent required 

  • Typically has a minimum of 5 years’ experience  

  • Background in proposal development, sales enablement, product marketing, or go-to-market strategy  

   

Professional Skills  

  • Strong storytelling and narrative development skills, with ability to create persuasive, client-focused proposals 

  • Experience developing proposals, RFP responses, or complex sales documents in a B2B environment 

  • Ability to synthesize complex information (technical, product, business) into clear, compelling messaging 

  • Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills  

  • Strategic thinking—ability to understand buyer needs, competitive dynamics, and positioning  

  • Strong project management and organizational skills 

  • Experience working with proposal software, content repositories or knowledge bases 

  • Experience in healthcare, digital agencies, SaaS, or CMS platforms
