Client Advisor

Summary

You’ll be the face and voice of Geonetric. Ok, mostly the voice. And mostly to our clients. As a Client Advisor you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients and provide them with amazing customer service regarding everything from technical questions to strategic initiatives. No two days will be the same as you answer clients’ questions, test upgrades, lead client status calls, arrange client billing and manage contract renewals.  For multiple clients. Within a timeframe. Multi-tasking is required. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

While you might get to work on just about anything at Geonetric, you’ll primarily:  

  • Maintain and expand a strong, positive and profitable client relationship ensuring account growth and renewal for 3-6 clients
  • Manage client accounts including providing estimates, leading the contract renewal process, sending invoices and following up on accounts receivable
  • Manage large projects, such as site re-designs, including maintaining the timeline and budget
  • Partner with implementation team to learn about new clients and launch new client websites
  • Provide amazing customer service and technical support by troubleshooting website issues, fixing bugs, and answering technical questions
  • Provide support for clients and be a resource for day-to-day Web activities
  • Gather and organize data from various sources, including Google Analytics and VitalSite
  • Recommend upsell opportunities based on website performance and analytics data
  • Schedule and lead client status calls including developing status reports and following up on client requests
  • Identify leads and recommend additional Geonetric products and services to maximize client’s investments in Geonetric
  • Train new clients on VitalSite Software, including Pages and Panels, and maintain related training materials
  • Conduct basic training and demonstrations on VitalSite modules

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of related experience in client relationship management or project management required
  • Web experience preferred (site development, Web applications, digital services)
  • healthcare experience preferred

Professional Skills

  • Experience or knowledge of Agile methodology preferred
  • Basic computer experience required
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills required
  • Ability to multitask required
  • Basic finance skills required

Travel

Occasionally may require overnight travel to client meetings.
